(Digital content)

We're looking for an awesome Brand advocacy manager to join the Marketing department, working with a talented team of junior content creators. The ideal Brand advocacy manager will bring a mix of content production, marketing, and social media engagement to the position, promoting our innovative AI-driven solutions to our valued clients. We are looking for an experienced content creator, who can inspire and be inspired by others to take customer advocacy efforts to the next level. The ideal candidate should have an impeccable track record for delivering branded content on social media across platforms and passion for bringing ideas to life across short-form digital content.

Objectives of this Role

  • - Present compelling stories in person and on video for our audience segments
  • - Engage in logical discussions on financial and investment decisions
  • - Produce quality content consistently via latest trendy software and apps
  • - Plan and manage brand advocacy juniors' efforts in collaborative creativity
  • - Push out bite-sized content daily to our audience segments
  • - Ensure team adheres to current processes, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, and proposing and creating processes and tools to support content creation operations

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

  • - Work with CMO and marketing team to present a unified brand understanding and voice for the company and our clients
  • - Develop ideas established in brainstorming sessions with direction, schedules, and expected deliverables for the Brand advocacy team
  • - Obtain team approval by presenting final drafts, storyboards, and concepts to CEO and wider team, encouraging members to provide feedback, and responding to internal commentary and requests
  • - Present or oversee presentation of final concepts and coordinate production and dissemination

Skills and Qualifications

  • - Confident and competent in public speaking and appearances
  • - Proficiency with creative apps like Capcut, Premiere Rush, etc
  • - Exceptional capability with social media engagement
  • - Possess high standards of personal excellence
  • - Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives
  • - Have a solid knowledge of financial or investment products is required

Brand Advocacy Interns
(Digital Content)

We are hiring driven and creative Brand advocacy interns to join the creative content production team. You will get to work on producing trendy and fun life-goals and life-stages content that is relevant to GenZs and Millennials. Our interns will report to the Brand advocacy manager on a daily basis and will also receive guidance from the CMO and CEO on a weekly basis. All walks of life / education levels are welcome to apply. We value skills and attitude above qualifications.

  • - Create and co-create compelling stories in person and on video for our audience segments
  • - Produce quality content consistently via latest trendy software and apps
  • - Plan and execute content with collaborative creativity
  • - Be part of a content publishing team that delivers bite-sized content daily to our audience segments
  • - Adheres to current processes, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, and proposing new ideas and tools to support content creation operations

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

  • - Work with Brand advocacy manager and CMO to present a unified brand understanding and voice for the company and our clients

Multimedia Editor

Multimedia is key to our communications strategy, especially via social and digital channels.

You should be proficient in stitching together videos / animations that communicate key messages and concepts through techniques like 2D/3D animation, infographics and motion graphics. You should also be able to manage the multimedia production process from start to finish (conceptualisation, production, post-production) if necessary. You must be innovative and imaginative, and able to deliver turnaround content for our social and digital channels.

Qualifications

  • - Highly skilled in video+sound editing and motion graphics
  • - Proficient in copywriting, storyboarding, video production, photography, and DI (Photoshop)
  • - Familiar with social media (types of channels, how the platforms work, etc.)
  • - Good command of English

UI Designer

  • Develop and deliver effective user interfaces across a range of enterprise and mobile apps
  • - Visualise prototype screens
  • - Manage and maintain a library of design components
  • - Develop and maintain a detailed UI design style guide
  • - Deliver schematics, workflows, interactive storyboards in quick time

Qualifications

  • - At least two years' experience in UI design
  • - Strong conceptualization ability, strong visual communication ability, drawing skills and sketchbook technique
  • - Experienced with UI design for mobile apps
